Will the sights for the 75B work on the P-10C?

I work for XS Sights.  When I say "we" or "our," I'm referring to XS and the products that we make.

While the front sight dovetail spec is the same, the method of retention is different.  The 75B uses a roll pin that goes through the slide and the bottom of the dovetail on the sight to retain the sight.  The P10 family uses a screw in the front sight that screws into a divot on the slide to keep the sight on the gun.

The rear sights are different.  Most 75B's have a trapezoidal rear sight.  The P10C uses a Novak style rear sight (standard guns) or its own unique rear sight (OR guns .  The dovetail specs (point-to-point width and angle) are similar, and a 75B rear sight can be modified (but it's a pain to do) to work on a P10C, but not vice versa (our initial test sights were modified 75B sights).

You also have some height issues.  Our product uses a .310" height rear sight for the 75B (bottom of dovetail to bottom of "V") while the P10 family uses a .280" tall rear sight (bottom of dovetail to bottom of "V").  We use the same front sight for all of the CZ's that have the caterpillar type dovetail.
