Might be different, but not because the pistol in my pictures is a CZ85.
It's a CZ75 Compact I modified to use CZ85 controls. Even added a spur hammer. I like CZ85's. Got a Pre B CZ85 and like it so I made myself a CZ85 (like) Compact for concealed carry. I even converted my CZ75B .40 (came with ambidextrous thumb safeties) to use a CZ85 slide stop dual levers.
Like I said, you pin may be different, but the one in my picture left the factory as a CZ75 Compact.
This is the CZ75B .40 with CZ85 slide release and spur hammer and you can just barely see that pin out in front of the slide stop lever on it, too. On an standard CZ75 the right side/tip of the slide release/slide stop pin still sticks out of the frame at the same spot.
I think the pin may have to be pushed through from the outside to the inside to let it fall out inside the frame. Then you re insert if just enough to stay in the outside frame hole, install the spring, push it down with a small common screw driver and then push the pin fully into the receiver when you have the spring pushed down below the pin hole. The spring sits in a groove in the slide stop shaft to hold the slide stop in place.
Good luck with it.
