Can Anyone Identify These Base Plates/Pads?
« on: November 26, 2019, 08:56:11 PM »
Hi Gang -

Can anyone identify these magazine base plates? Can't seem to find any like them online. I want them for my P-10 & P-07.

I suspect they're meant for metal-framed CZs, but I can't seem to find those exact ones.

Thanks in advance!

The one on the P07 looks a lot like the +2's you can put on a 16 round CZ75 magazine to make it look nice in a CZ Compact.

Not saying that's what it is but it sure does look like them.

Take a look at the P01 magazine.

Not saying that's an old DUTY P07 but the beavertail sure does have a nice upward curve to it.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

I have this one for my P-10C. It will seat on my P-07 but the loop on the mainspring plug interferes and the contour is slightly different. The P09/P10 grip flares out at the bottom, the 07 does not so bases don't match up exactly.

Thanks gents.

Earl - That's the one I have on my P-10 as well. Love the way it fits/feels. Looking for essentially the same thing in a plastic/rubberized model.

briang2ad - If you meant to attach a pic, it didn't come through.

M1A4ME - I may have to check that one out!

The SP01 basepad is too narrow for the P-07/09/10 series mags.

I'm not sure the one for the CZ75 magazine would fit a P07 magazine (width/length) and I'm pretty sure it would mess up the insertion/lock in with the mag. release due to it's design - even if it did fit.  It's designed to make a longer 16 round magazine look like it has a flush fit in a compact pistols mag. well.

Let me go check (unload/disassemble/test fit) between a CZ75 round magazine for the P01 and a magazine for the P07.  Be back in a bit.

NOPE.  No way, no how.  The P07 mag. is too wide for the CZ75 base plate.  Won't even start without risking busting the plastic up.
