You were fortunate.  Every M11 I pick up has a gritty heavy trigger.  Almost every other SIG I try has a very good OTB trigger.  Phosphating gets a vote especially if the finishing is not great.

Having better sights, beavertail already in the CNC software, hammer and better FCG QC is attainable without more than a 5% cost I would venture.  The sights and beavertail would add 1% max.  A redesigned trigger would also be nice.  They actually had it right with the PreB on the shape.  Again, there are some features like sights and beavertail that are universally better.

Honestly, 2 things that could be changed that would add literally zero cost and would go a LONG ways:

- lighter main spring (OEM CZ mainsprings in non shadow guns are WAY overkill for reliable primer ignition. Coming down 2-3lbs would still be 100% reliable with any primers and not need an extended length firing pin or a reduced power firing pin return spring.)
- trigger without so much curve

The above would make a stock CZ sooo much more pleasurable to shoot and could be changed while adding absolutely no cost to the guns.

For the price point I'm happy. I shoot a PreB which could be a tad smoother but is fine for what it is.

Leave the grip frame as is. I don't like checkering,  makes my hand sore on long strings. Nothing looks worse on an auto than a beaver tail. And while I'm at it give me a rounded trigger guard.

I do wish for an adjustable sight option.

I can live with with a commander hammer but want a spur hammer option.

The SA/SP01 beavertail is very attractive.

BRING back a retro - PLEASE!  They HAVE the CNC code for it anyway.

Yes, the curve of the SP01 is retarded.
