is CZ 75 40 cal to 9mm conversion possible?

Does anyone know if a CZ 75 TS (Tactical Sport), sku 01171,  40 cal be converted to 9mm with just barrel change and mag swap?  Or are other parts or modification needed?

You'll need a complete upper.  Breach face is different.  They come available occasionally.  Don't think I've paid more than $450 for any of mine.
