sight for cz 83 rear and front and question for spare part

Can you confirm that the rear and front sight are compatible with those of the cz 75 B?

Some of the members of this wonderful forum can show me an American site or an armory that has spare parts cz 83 and ships to Italy (I think I need a license in America. I punctually buy from the woolfspring site)

Thanks for the very important answer .... so are you confirming that the sight cz83 are identical to those of the 75B or 85 or 75D compact model? The sight you indicated by meprolight mention these models for the model ML17777you indicated
