Your post is rather rambling and incoherent. Where are the guns now? It sounds like the dealer you purchased them from sent them back? Is this correct? Maybe start from there and explain things a bit better. Maybe put things in a slightly better perspective and better chronological order.

This is good place to find advices and little of help.
But in your case there is probably nothing we can do.
My understanding is that you have already sent both pistols back to CZ... Is that right?
Frustration can be comprehensible, but nothing more can be done.
Nobody at this Forum can tell you why CZ haven't responded yet. Perhaps they are busy? Missed your message? Don't know how to answer your questions? -> We can only guess.

So once you sent your firearm... just be patient.

If you had the dealer you bought the guns from send them in then you need to have the dealer call CZ and get a status report for you. You calling CZ to inquire about guns that were sent in by someone else just creates confusion for everyone involved. I can guess pretty accurately how that conversation probably went. There's nothing else anyone here can tell you. 
If CZ has the guns then they will fix them and return them to whomever sent them in.
