Just in case you're still on the fence... you reminded me of something:

"This gun is more accurate than I am"

That's a stock P-01. No modifications, other than the night sights I had CZ install.

After 41 years of guns I too just bought my first CZ, a P-01 Omega and I'm in love with that little pistol. Granted, before I shot it I bought the Pro Package, short reset kit and the 10x bushing from CGW and installed them all myself and the thing is like silk. That's another thing that has made me fall in love with them, I can have a fully customized gun that I can do myself.
The P-01 Omega, and any of the variants will make you smile I bet. Just buy whichever, smile, shoot, buy more, that's what I did. Soon I'll add the 97B and the PCR, they're already on the way.

The Omega allows you to easily mod and polish the FCG.  Not so the standard.  I felt a stock P01 the other day.  The trigger was horrific.  It is why I sold my p01 years ago and have avoided them since.  Omega is bringing me back.

I picked up an Omega last year.  It replaced the VP9 as my primary handgun.

Several years ago, I considered the non-Omega version of the P01 before deciding on the VP9.  My initial concern with the P01, being a lefty, was not being able to lock the slide release back if needed, as the VP9 is ambidextrous.  But when I picked up the Omega at my LGS, I realized that I could hit the slide stop with the main knuckle of my trigger finger.  Bought it on the spot. It remains the best handgun/rifle/shotgun purchase I have ever made.

With one exception, I have nothing but strong, positive feedback to give regarding the P01 Omega.  The ergonomics are fantastic, this thing is a nail driver, the added weight to the frame limits muzzle flip (but being aluminum alloy its not as heavy as its all-steel cousins).

My only "negative" comment is that the takedown process is more complicated than with the VP9, but that's a minor inconvenience that I'll gladly take as part of the package.

Buy this gun, you won't regret it.

Don't have personal experience with the 01 series, have read about them and it seems like some like the Omega trigger better and other's don't. It also seems most people have commented that they either never switched out the decocker for the safety or once they do switch them over, never switch them back (so it's really a personal preference as to which YOU want -  safety/decocker?)

If it were me, I'd try and actually handle dry/fire them both and see which trigger YOU like best (again, CGW or CZC can always do trigger work on them if so desired).

As for the UG, it sure does look pretty cool, but honestly ask yourself if you're ever going to put a suppressor on it, from the stand point of the xtra barrel length you won't see a major increase in accuracy or enough velocity (in relation to a defensive shooting) to make it the "Better" choice. The night sights Are a nice plus on the UG but you can always add a set of them to the other pistols as well. If I were going to buy a UG it'd be a cool factor thing only (ok, maybe use it as a nightstand gun) and I'd still be looking at one of the others for carry purposes.
