P07 front sightquestion

New to CZ pistol world. Just picked up a p07 last week. Love the gun. I want to replace the front sight with a night fision tritium and leave the rear sight factory. Has anyone ever done this? Will I have a poa/poi problem? Also are the night fision sights any good? Thanks in advance.

The P-07 is regulated by front sight height. There will be a number on the front sight such as 3 or 4. You should verify with Night Fision that the sight they send you is the same height as the one you're removing.

That's exactly what I did with mine. The Night Fision sight for the P-07 is specifically made to be a drop-in replacement for the OEM front sight - just install it and you should be GTG.

How do you like the sight? Is it accurate enough? Looks larger than I usually like.

I love it - very visible, day and night. It's not huge, but it's not tiny, either - for me, this is a carry gun, so I want a highly visible front sight that I can pick up really fast when needed.

If you want something smaller, you might check out the Trijicon front sights available through CZ Custom for the P-07. They're definitely smaller, and that's what I put on my P-07 first, but found them too small for my liking with not enough contrast, so I switched to the Night Fisions which I like a lot more.

Are the Trijicon fronts the same height as factory? I don’t want to change my rear factory sight.
