I cannot find an optics ready P10C or P10S

If I understand you correctly, you are looking for iron back-up sights for the CZ P10 optic ready.

I bought one set for my green dot Holosum 507C, installed it on CZ P10S OR, and they work great. Although I am not sure if they are exactly the same height as the suppressor sights, but they look pretty much the same, besides, I doubt very much CZ factory would make two different sets of sights closely matching dimensionally.

Yea those are the same ones I was talking about that he said suck, and to be fair not great

Quite frankly, there is nothing wrong with these sights. They have a back-up role to RDS, they are not the primary sights. I have the pistol set to 25 yards and the Holosun as well as the back up irons let me be very accurate if I only do my part.
With the right holster, this combination is great as a home defense gun (with +3 magazine) as well as EDC with flat bottom 12 round magazine.
