The 12.5" version? Not aware of an 11.5 one...
W/ .308 suppressors, you need your barrel threading to be perfectly concentric and then also need to be aware of backflow/over-pressuring the gas piston. AFAIK, there isn't an xtra power spring set or adjustable piston for the Vz58, so you're controlling/adjusting through your suppressor and ammo primarily. A half decade ago, someone in canada did sell a rubber recoil buffer specific to this platform, but don't think they're still around, given increasingly infringing gun laws up there.
Garand Thumb had a vid recently w/ a suppressed shorty that looked to have had a Griffin Suppressor on it, but might have been something else.
For folks less concerned about barrel threading concentricity, the Wolverine PBS-1 has a little more clearance as should any other AK-specific models.
There are threads here from other folks suppressor trials/solutions if you search, including folks drilling gas blocks for adjustment screws, etc., DIY...
