Anyone using P-series Pistol Brace?
« on: April 01, 2020, 10:10:35 AM »
I saw a pistol brace at my LGS for a SIG P320 and was very impressed; and one of the clerks said he uses one with his 10mm Glock for hog hunting.

Then while surfing internet I came across this MICRO-RONI Stab Gen 4 folding pistol brace for P-07 & P-09 and wondering if anyone has any experience with these or others to convert a P-series into a PCC of sorts? Unless the barrel is 16" is it classified as an SBR and does it require a Tax Stamp to be legal?

Yes, that's what I'm thinking, that it's not considered a rifle, SBR or carbine as it is NOT meant to be shouldered whatsoever. Simply meant to secure the pistol in your hand with the ARM brace, and the forward 'support' is angled so as not to be considered a forward GRIP . But it does seem to be very effective for maneuvering tight quarters and extending the pistol's useful range.

The guy at LGS has his Glock 10mm holstered and keeps the brace in his truck. Says he sometimes goes hog hunting on his way home and it works so well for him there's no need to carry anything else.

Reviews seem mixed, are there any other braces available for CZ P series pistols besides the Micro Roni Stab Brace??  Anyone have experience with these??
