CZ 805 Bren & Bren 2 VZ58 stock adapter

Messaged Dan Haga about the possibility of an adapter for VZ58 pattern stocks, he didn’t seem interested so I thought I’d share my mock up with this lovely group of people. Seems like an awfully easy adapter to develop and why not make the Bren a little more Czech!

I like the looks of that with the wood Vz58 butt stock, more or less matches the looks / curves of the Bren 2 lower & pistol grip. I would raise it up so that the butt pad is in a straight line with the bore, or make it adjustable up and down to suit the shooter.

Without a doubt, also the folder in this position could be an issue with the ejection port. Just threw it together really quick to show him but he didn’t seem interested, thought it would be easy and would get the Czech freaks panties wet

Haga makes a Bren 2 end cap with a short picatinny rail, so you could probably bolt a similar length of picatinny to the butt stock and connect them with a “female-to-female” picatinny clamp...speaking of getting panties wet!
