CZ should move the factory to Fort Smith (e.g. Chaffee Crossing) where there are already a lot more skilled workers than Little Rock (Walther and Umerex are here already) — and keep it out of the flood plain of the Arkansas River and at the mercy of the Army Corps of Engineers!
