I have seen someone post about that specific part of the decocker assembly breaking, either here or on some other forum, or maybe the CZ subreddit. People were commenting that it must have been a bad MIM part.
I also saw they sold that specific part on the CZ-USA website:
https://shop.cz-usa.com/ProductDetail/545100000030_Decocking-Lever-Cam-P07p09My recommendation to you is to ship the gun to CZ-USA and let them do it, unless you have a friend who is already familiar with the P-07 / P-09 reassembly who can do it for you. If you aren't mechanically inclined and not confident about doing it yourself, now isn't the time to try.
Most of us here would just ask them to send us a new decocker lever which that part would come attached to, and then we'd put it in. However, it can be tricky to get the decocker assembly back in with the spring, so I wouldn't advise you to try it right now.
Personally I have two P-07's with decockers, have had them both apart plenty of times, thousands of rounds and many, many dry fires through each, never had a problem with that part, never knew it was a separate part from the decocker lever until I saw it on the CZ-USA website. I wouldn't even know how to remove and replace that specific part, I'd just get a new lever, which I already have a spare of anyway.
