Help P-10 C OR vs. P-10 SC
« on: May 15, 2020, 05:45:03 PM »
Hi Guys, trying to decide between an P-10C OR ("C") vs. a P-10 SC ("SC"), that I would have to do the milling.

So in the end it comes down to the C having that native milling, and the possibility to co-witness with the iron sights, while the SC will have that extra .5" barrel for 100y shooting, but will also restrict me to the Delta Pro that has integrated co-witness sights, as I will run with MRDS only as the factory sights are further to the front, as oposed to the OR version that is very near the end of the barrel, leaving room for both I.sights and MRD.

So which way would you go? Is that .5" worth the hassle? in money terms its the same.

Do you find that the C OR sights work well with MRDS (RMR Trijicon or L Delta Pro)?

For you guys who have milling an F or SC slide and put the MRDS, does it creates any cycling malfunctions? Anyone had any kind of problems due to milling + MRDS?

Saw Hicock's video on the G23 vs 19 vs 17, and the barrel difference was minimal, but that appears to have some specifics to how the G*** barrels are threaded, so might not apply to CZ, and the "By the Inch" site seems to show there are some significant differences in velocity in the pistol sized barrels.

Thanks for the input
