History on pistol at one time it got shot yes by another pistol on the trigger so the trigger trigger release and the pins were all replaced trigger guard locked up nice a tight but after firing a few rounds sometimes 1 sometimes the whole mag the trigger guard pops down and the slide flies off any ideas on how to correct this thank you
