Bent Firing Pin Shadow2
« on: July 03, 2020, 04:28:13 PM »
My S2 wouldn’t fire today right off bat worked fine last time out. Tore it down firing pin stuck finally got it out and it’s bent not broke bent. I have the CGW lighter hammer and firing pin springs haven’t installed longer firing pin yet. Is that the cause or dry firing which hasn’t been that much. Only little over 500 rounds through gun only month old. Channel appears clean maybe just faulty pin?
Thanks

I would contact CZ-USA. sounds like a bad firing pin.  Even if you plan on using a CGW pin CZ should know, just in case there was/is a problem at the factory.  I have never heard of CZ's bending firing pins.
If I had known how much better being retired is than working I would have done it FIRST.
