So I ordered a different base plate for the rami 10 round mag, the pinky grip that came with it really felt weird. I read in another forum about a cz75 baseplate that fits. I just received it and it does fit the mag and feels really nice. I’ll post a link below for anyone interested

Yep - that’s what I’ve been using for years.

Stays on secure — Works much better for me than an altered XD extension, which in my experience  tends to pop off and dump all your ammo on the ground.

Though but remember it now that I’m seeing it.  Yea it fits very snug and doesn’t slide around at all like the plastic did. Very comfortable fit for a 3 finger grip too

Do you replace your stock mag springs with different ones?

I have replaced them over the years when they started getting weak and unreliable from use. Not so much the short 10 rounder, but the 14 round mags for sure. Believe I used CZ Custom +5# and +10# springs, which was an improvement. Actually, I'm looking at a MEC-GAR model with different feed lips for the Rami, which seems to have a steeper feed ramp compared to the usual CZ75.

I’ll have to look into those more. I was looking at the 18 round mec gar mags. The reason I asked about the springs is because I have seen  a lot of forums talking about FTF’s and replacing the 10 round mag with a wolf cz 75 compact spring. So I was just curious. I’ve heard a lot about running kimber ultra carry recoil springs as well and not having to replace them after 500 rounds.
