CZUSA - Bren 2 stock kits - price gouging.

Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem with CZ USA and the 922r stock kits.  Preppers gun shop is the only place that is getting these kits recently.  They (Preppers) are price gouging on GunBroker for over twice what the retail price is (almost $600 with tax and shipping).  Preppers has had 10 separate kits for sale on GB, yet the CZ site has been out of stock for ever.  I think it's pretty bleepty for CZ USA to only give these kits to stocking dealers, so they can price gouge us "common folk" online....

I'm waiting for some idiot to reply with supply and demand argument, but CZ USA could sell these on their site..  Do you think CZUSA is getting more than retail from Preppers?  No actually probably much less.  It's a stupid move to appease their retailers and screw us.

You have no idea when, or at what price CZ sold the kits to Preppers. For all you know, they bought a truckload six months ago when they were plentiful and now they are reaping the profit from their foresight.

Whether I'm an 'idiot' in your eyes or not, it is exactly a supply and demand issue, the very same thing that drives food and other commodity prices up and down with the market.

If you don't want to pay Preppers' price, you don't have to, but you won't be getting a stock anywhere else it soon seems; same as me having to do without prime rib if I don't want to pay what my local grocer charges.

You just go on thinking that - although your premise is not correct simply because it is a clear Post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy. However, in the meantime please desist from calling the membership names.
