Do you have an SRO on the S2 Optics Ready Gun?

Will an SRO fit on the S2 optics ready? Does a plate come with a new gun or do you need an after-market plate...or no plate at all? Have you had any problems with the SRO on that gun?

I dont have one but have seen several with SROs so it fits.

Not the Shadow 2 OR, but I do have a SRO mounted on a Shadow 2 that was milled.  I’ve been shooting it pretty steady in matches since Sept ‘19.  No issues with the optic, very happy with it to date.

For an any dot for S2 OR gun you will need a plate.
Plates are not included.

Yep, it fits.  You need a plate.  I use a CHPWS plate for a P-10 OR

Quick question danno_man,
How are you cocking the gun? I just bought Shadow 2 OR and the rear slide isn't grooved and is slick as bat sh%$ trying to cock...I assume this was intentional but makes it crazy difficult to cycle the slide shooting irons with sweaty hands...WTF??? Again, I know I am missing something here, and maybe it will be obvious when I mount my optic.

If you're running a beefy optic, just use it to rack the slide
