Just got off the Phone with CZ-USA
So, to set the record straight ... Akspotmom was correct:

CZ has been shipping the newer, Full Rail (B-SA / SP-01 Profile) Style CZ75 KADET 2 Upper since early 2018
So any new stock, CZ75 KADET 2 Kit "will be the Full Rail (B-SA / SP-01) Style KADET 2 Upper"
The confusion lies in the fact that CZ has never changed the Model Number, SKU or UPC Codes
They've ALL stayed the same .... since the first KADET "2" I'm guessing
And, most Web Stores are still using the OLD stock Photo .... of the CZ75 KADET(1) .... INCLUDING, CZ-USA !

The only Website I've found, that is using the correct Pic, is CZCustum .... so a thanks goes out to the Guys at CZC for taking the time to update their Site
