What do you base your assumption that the CZ 511 is going to be made again? The CZ-USA site still shows it discontinued. Did you call or email them? It would be wonderful if they started importing them again. In looking over the CZUB website I do not find the CZ511 listed. That would seem to indicate that for the time being, at least, we will not be seeing the 511 in the US as the 511 is imported by CZ-USA from CZUB.
I hope the rumor is correct but I, for one, will wait for confirmation from either CZUB or CZ-USA before I get real excited.
