Not carried a full size CZ75B.  I have carried a CZ75 Compact.  I bought a CZ75B kydex holster from LAG Tactical.  It's just a tad long for the Compact but works great (IWB/kydex).

But, checking this morning I see they no longer offer those holsters for CZ75B pistols.  Just for P07 and P09s.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

75B in a Kangaroo Carry Air Marshal 3 for several years. IWB seated in a car with a seat belt on always seemed awkward to me..

I have been carrying my full sized 75b for about a year. I have two holsters and love both. I use Clingers “no print wonder” IWB at 5:00 or Gunfightets Inc Ronin OWB. Both have great retention, fully cover the trigger guard, and are comfortable. I had to slightly modify the IWB holster to prevent accidental disengaging of safety because I carry cocked and locked, but that was easily done with a heat gun.

I've only had mine for a month or so, and it's only been a range toy so far.  I  think the fully loaded weight of a 75 would mandate a good holster and belt combo.

I sometimes carry my 75B Omega, and when I do it’s in a Galco “Combat Master” OWB and a good gun belt for support. I balance it with 2 extended mags carried on the off side in a Galco double mag pouch. As the other poster mentioned, a good gun belt is key. I use a Bigfoot or a 5.11 Instructor-style belt and it’s easy-peasy.

I carry my CZ 75B in an Israeli Yamam holster.  (The Yamam is the Israeli Counter-Terrorism police force.) Very comfortable.  I'm wearing it right now, as a matter of fact:

https://www.frontlineholsters.com/iwb-w-belt-loops-yammam

It carries the pistol very high, which, for a full-size service pistol is good, as the barrel doesn't press into seats, etc., and your strong-side elbow can cover and "guard" the pistol.  Also, it holds the pistol tightly against the body so the grip doesn't print through the covering garments.  You can get a good secure grip during the draw.

I carry a 75B Semi-Compact in a Crossbreed Super Tuck. With a good belt, as someone else mentioned, it is very comfortable. Don't get the combat cut unless you are thin. With the combat cut, the grip and the hammer can rub against the   skin and become aggravating after a while.

I carry an SP-01 in a Phlster Floodlight IWB, which is a bit bulky.  I use a HolsterCo Stealth, which is nice and slim, when I don't feel like carrying the weaponlight.  I wear one of the steel core belts from Bigfoot Gun belts.

I AIWB a Beretta Elite LTT (full size) I'm 5'8" weigh 195 lbs. with a JM Custom Kydex wing claw 2.5 with 1.5" pull-the-dot belt loops, full guard, flat muzzle pad, and wide hole pattern. Works great and don't have any issues sitting in the car driving 3.5 hours. Bending over with just the holster and no gun hurts but with the gun in the holster no issues. So put your shoes on before putting on your holster ;D.
