The ATF is attempting to screw things up again. It is: ATF 2021-05 and it needs commented on to get it stopped. (Rationalize away but participation is important and critical).

Reading the input rules is important, it is their football and everything else - play by their rules or feedback gets booted.

Doing is a lot more constructive than negating. At least act in your own best self interest!
