I've looked at that previously but could never find Form1 e-File Individual on the graph... not sure why they left it off?!

The choice of individual or trust is in the first page of the Form 1 itself. You have to put a check mark on either individual or trust box.

Was that towards my response?  I was talking about the graph showing wait times, not the filling out the Form 1, that's been done.

I’m sorry I misread your post. I didn’t notice the “graph” at the end of your sentence hence my previous reply.

I had heard about trusts but seeing the graph was the first time I realized one could also form an LLC to do this.

If you E-filed your form 1, it only takes less than a month. My latest E-filed form 1 was sent to ATF on March 27 and was approved on April 20.

That’s three weeks from start to finish.

George was your 3 weeks start to finish as an Individual or via a Trust?

Last ones I sent off to SBR my CZ S2 and make a form 1 suppressor for it only took 17 days from the day I submitted the forms till the day I got my stamps.
