P-07 Kadet first shots
« on: July 02, 2021, 04:03:26 PM »
Got my Kadet Kit for my P-07 last night and hit the range this morning.  Purchased 3 additional mags for a  total of 5.  Had one sticky magazine so I ran 50 rounds just through it and what ever the issue was it went away.  Ammo used was Federal bulk and is not the most accurate so all shooting was at the 30 and 45 ft.

The kit performed great.  Accuracy was far above what I expected.  Literally only had one miss in 60 rounds doing transition drills between the 30 and 45 ft IDPA targets.  At 30 ft put 50 shots in a 3.5 inch circle, JoeL would be ashamed of me, but I was pretty happy.  Had another shooter on the range tell me I did not need to practice anymore.

Sights are a little high and left.  Think the left is me still pushing trigger and I need to work on getting my finger placed the same for each shot when prepping. The is ammo dependent and I am almost out of this batch.  Can not wait to put some better quality ammo through it and see what results  I get.

If you are on the fence on buying one of these, my advice is to jump on it. I may use this in the next Concealed Carry Match, with ammo being so expensive.

That's a good start!  Glad you got to shoot it and that everything worked well.  Nothing wrong with IDPA accuracy at all!   :) :)

Thank god they don't have 100 yd handgun shots while moving weak hand only.  Should not have said that cause some one is going to try to incorporate that into a match.
