I put on a Holosun 507C on a pistol and I am impressed with it. Holosun has really stepped up their game, IMO.

I love Holosun products! I started with a HS507C but now run almost all HE508T GR's. They are absolutely the best!

I have astigmatism and cannot see many dots clearly unless the illumination is turned down.  If set too bright, the RMR or Vortex dots can seem like fuzzy caterpillars, and green is a bit clearer than red.  In contrast, the circle dot from Holosun seems clear, distinct, and easy to focus on in either red or green.

HS gets lots of crud…but you have to admit it’s quality at a good price. Tried about all of them that are alloy/metal and this is still the best one.  Running 507k, wasp, and rmrcc.  Trijicon is rugged as heck but 507k still better from use and $$

Another vote for the 507 with the ACSS reticle.  I've got one on my primary EDC, a Shadow System G19 clone.  The 250 MOA circle is usually not in view when the chevron is centered in the sight FOV.  Makes it easier to find the chevron if it isn't centered.  Pistol mounted red dot sights have taken a little practice for me to get used to, but I'm usually more accurate with them versus iron sights.  Another thing I've noticed is it's more obvious to me when I pull the sight off the target during the trigger pull.

The Trijicon SRO is a close second due it's wider FOV.  It's much easier to pick up the dot.  But the front of the sight is much closer to the ejection port than most other red dots and might interfere with brass ejection.

Pete

Holding the gun with arms half extended, you can see both the reticle and part of the 250 MOA circle

With the gun at full extension I normally don't see any part of the circle

More than I need but not as many as I want
