Mag base pad alternatives for P01?

I frequently carry my P01 IWB.  I replaced the original rubber base pads because they seemed to "stick" to light clothing with Armory Craft's aluminum units.  The AC pads are beautiful, but have very sharp edges and corners, creating a similar problem...and they are uncomfortable (I know - I am picky).  I am looking for suggested alternatives.  Something along the lines of Taran Tactical's "+0" base pads for Glocks.

If you are picky.. that might be a problem to find something you like. 

I replaced my rubber base plates with plastic ones from Beretta.
They work fine with magazine's body, but are a little longer from the front than CZ's and require some work to line them ideally with front strap.

The other option is to buy 15rd magazine from MecGar - it comes with plastic base plate.

I use the steel base pads for a standard compact on my P01 carry mags for exactly the reason you brought up.

I carried mine with the 16 round (full sized magazines) with the hard plastic base plate that covers the metal up to the bottom of the frame.

P01 Omega with the 16 round magazine on top.  P01 Omega with the standard compact (14 rounds at the time) magazine with the rubber bases you removed.
