Hi everyone, new to the site as I just picked up a P09. To the person who wrote they added the rear sight picatinny rail from CZC, which one did you get? I saw someone added it to their P09 on a Youtube video, but when I reached out to CZC, they wrote back that none of their picatinny rear sight rails fit the P09. Thanks!

I would say milling is the way to go for sure. Much better mounting option and Primary Machine would be my choice for doing the work.

I had my P07 .40 and P09 9MM milled for the RMR and back up rear sight at Primary Machine years ago.  Zero issues with the work or the back up iron sights they installed.

The good thing is, milled for the RMR, you can also buy/install a Holoson 407 or 507 red/greed dot if the RMR stops working correctly or you become otherwise dissatisfied with it.  Both my pistols now have Holosons on them and replacing the RMRs was no issue/problem at all.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?
