Yep, comp would bump you to Open div.
I was curious what kind of loads you were shooting. I hear most guys with comps say you don’t notice the benefits until there is enough gas to make a difference.
Maybe 9mm loads trying to reach Major would benefit?? I dunno, there's no Major in CO.
I don't reload, and typically shoot S&B 124. It's fairly hot. (146PF rated 1181 fps at muzzle).
I prefer to use something closer to my defensive loads, rather than shoot powder puffs.
