Modifying SA Flat Triggers to work DA
« on: December 20, 2021, 05:16:32 PM »
Any way to modify the single action flat triggers to work double action or are the geometry so different that it's practically not worth it?

Why not purchase a SA/DA flat trigger?
If I had known how much better being retired is than working I would have done it FIRST.

What about flat triggers that work in D/A already?

Here is a reference picture of an SAO Trigger modified to work in DA/SA. One of the DA/SA Flat Triggers is a better option.

Eemann Tech and CZ Customs both offer Flat DA/SA Triggers for CZ 75 variant pistols.

Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

After using the Eemann Tech, I've currently got the Armory Craft in the S2 Orange.  IMO, it's got a great profile for shooter's that like a flat trigger!

Did you have the Eemann Ultimate Trigger? I ordered one of their new true flat DA/SA's today.

Yea, I was using the Ultimate trigger in brass..........  after comparing the Ultimate with the new one you linked to, I would probably have went with the new one.  I notice they did not implement a pre-travel screw in the new flat trigger; which IMO, is a big plus as the upper screw caused the clearance issues I had with the Ultimate.

Look forward to hearing your results/opinion on the new flat trigger!
