Do only recent Czech P-series have the Loaded Chamber Indicator in the extractor

The silver pin that protrudes slightly near the rear of the extractor, such as in in my P-09.

I have two P-07's, one made in 2017 and the other in 2018, and they both came with LCI extractors.  Then I have a spare extractor from CZ-USA order in the past 1-2 years that is a solid piece with no hole for the LCI.  I'm not sure what the pattern is, when they started shipping with LCI, and/or which particular models or variants.

My 2016 P-07 UG and 2018 P-09 don't have extractor LCIs. However, my 2019 P-07 does have this feature.

It's probably tied to contract orders, and the simplification of production by using as many common components as possible.
