The gun is for sale in the classifieds here and on other websites. There are a lot of views, but no interest.
I have considered keeping it, and trying to find a gunsmith who can fix it. But I'm so tired of its failures to feed after recoil spring changes, extractor cleaning, 8 different types of ammo, feed ramp polishing, new magazines, I've spent WAY more than the $1100 I paid for it. I don't want to spend a single cent more if I don't have to. It's a shame, because when it works, it's the most accurate handgun I've ever shot (and a .40s&w no less).
Is it priced too high at $675?
Aren't there people here who like to tinker with Witnesses, to get them running?
What will it take to sell it, and can it be sold?
Should I just have my FFL destroy it?
