CGW Pro Trigger Kit

I am considering doing a trigger job with the
"Pro-Package for 75 Manual Safety" kit
from CGW.
2 questions, no laughing
1) Why are the words "manual safety" in the title of that kit?
2) What are the pros and cons of the 2 hammers (Ring and Race) offered in the kit?

2 cut the same just the style you want.

Main pro for the ring hammer is if you carry AIWB, it won't be as pokey.
