Frame marks - what are they?

Stuck inside with ice outside so I was swapping grips on some 75's. Anyone know what the three digit marks on the inside of frames indicate? If my memory is right, top to bottom is a 75 Shadow, 75B SA, and a 75B 40sw.

Originally I thought these 3 numbers would be the last 3 numbers of the gun's serial number but for my 75B, that is not the case. I'm not sure what those numbers are for.

Those are lot numbers for quality control.

Thanks! That makes sense and now I can stop trying to figure out how they relate to the model...
