Question about milled P01

Does anyone know if an upper milled for a Burris Fastfire 3 can possibly host a holosun? I know about the different footprints, and am open to sending off for more work.

Don't remember where but I have seen adapter plates to change the patterns.

Burris isn't a popular option anymore really but you can look at C&H and see if they have a conversion plate from burris to Holosun.
