CZ 75 Shadow Tac II - (CZ Custom) New to me

New to the forum. I have recently starred shooting some competitions with my stock SP01 phantom. I like my phantom and have no complaints, however I just acquired a CZ 75 Shadow Tac II - (CZ Custom). I haven’t had the chance to shoot it yet. How good is the shadow Tac II. I can tell trigger is great. I know it’s an older gun and was wanting a shadow 2 but chose this instead. Did I make a good choice to opt for tacII?  Any info from current or previous owners welcome. Thanks Dave

I own A CZ Shadow Tac II.  It is a solid gun with a very good trigger and shoots as well as any of my heavier CZ Shadow SP-01 pistols.  A little more streamlined and slightly lighter, too.  Never had any problems at all with mine.  It should serve you well for many years of pleasurable shooting.

Thanks for the info. I had a chance to shoot it and my phantom today. Night and day difference for sure. I look forward to getting used to the awesome trigger.

Thanks. Been a CZ fan since I first shot the phantom. Since then I have added p07, 97B and rami. Love the P07 and 97 but rami hasn’t grown on me yet. Sold a Cold War edition 75 as I didn’t like having it. Just finished uspsa shoot today with phantom and will start transition to the shadow.
