The release of the P10-C was what originally got me looking at CZ's back in 2017. As it turned out, they were not available to purchase for a variety of reasons, but my research led me to the P-07 which I evaluated and ended up standardizing on as my primary CCW and HD pistol. Prior to that, I had been a Glock owner since I first started buying pistols in the early 1990's. My first Glock was a gen 2 G21, and the one I had as my primary pistol prior to switching to the CZ P-07 was a gen 4 G17. Aside from the Glocks, my usual everyday CCW handgun throughout this time was a S&W J-frame revolver because it was so easy to pocket carry, so I already had an affinity for double-action hammer-fired carry guns in spite of my Glocks.
Since owning a pair of P-07's I have gone back to the range and rented a P10-C to evaluate, and it is a nice gun to shoot. I'm at least as accurate with it as I am with any other striker-fired pistol I have tried. People say the Walther PPQ, HK VP9, Canik etc. have better triggers due to being fully pre-cocked and that may be true. The P10 series are partially pre-cocked more similar to a Glock.
As far as reliability, the P10 series has been known to have some issues with the ejector either bending or breaking off, which requires replacement of the rear insert to correct. There were other early issues with striker rotation and the ambi mag release being too stiff that were resolved in later revisions.
As far as safety, some people made a lot of noise a few years go about the firing pin block safety in the P10-C not engaging correctly in some circumstances... although the main condition to repeat the problem would require the slide to be separated from the frame, so not a real world issue for carrying a pistol unless you are carrying your frameless slide around in your pocket with a round in the chamber, I suppose. Never heard about any actual failure or accidental discharge related to it, unlike the Sig P320 series for example.
Personally, I have a gripe with the P10-C magazines supposedly being compatible with the P-07 but having slightly different grip dimensions which results in a poor fit between the base of the grip and the baseplate of the magazine. So I could purchase a P10-C and I have a collection of P-07 mags, some of which have the appropriate cuts in the mag body for a gen 2 P10 series mag release, but personally I would have to swap out magazine basepads in order to be happy with the fit.
