P10c or P10S?
« on: August 07, 2022, 04:11:13 PM »
I have both. First I got my P10c, used it exclusively in an last years IDPA season.  Also, last year I obtained a P10S.

I like both guns, both are non optic ready.

I find the S not much smaller than the C- almost to the point of wondering why, being roughly a thumbnail shorter in height and length.

So in practical terms which do you prefer and why?

As for me, it’s the C.  As it’s not much larger than the S, I can carry it just as well, it contains 3 more rounds, and I don’t have to adjust my grip to ensure the mag drops free.

I do like and carry my S, but between the 2, the C is the one I’d keep.

Don't own a C, but have an S that was machined for an optic by CZ Custom.  They also installed a Trijicon RMRcc on it with a CHPWS drop-in rear sight and a matching front, and it is my favorite EDC pistol.

Just the right size and weight for carry in the Hell-like blistering heat in AZ.  I have very large hands, but still find the S easily shootable.

At the end of the day, it comes down to personal preference, as there are so many factors that contribute to what an individual decides to carry.  I'm sure I would be pleased with a P10C, too.

I agree with you.  We live in a good time where we have good options to fit our unique personal preferences.  Glad the S works for you.

I shoot USPSA with an F and I carry a C every day which conceals very well. I can't see any advantage of having an S over a C.
Let's go Brandon!
