I have a Tactical with the pro package and a buddy has the MS also with the pro package- we both couldn’t be happier.  We both use our SP01s in our IDPA games effectively.

With the pro package you get a great DA and SA reigger pull in terms of weight and smoothness.  You also get some trigger pull distance reduction, though not as much as one would w/ a SA only conversion I assume.

From my foxhole, I would want the DA capability, even if used primarily cocked and locked- just like the rail, I don’t use, it gives options.

My 2 cents- good luck
Like a midget at a urinal, I'll have to keep on my toes

I have two SP01s. I put the pro package in the first one shot it as double action for awhile and enjoyed it. I then changed it over to single action because I like single action and it's just a range gun and couldn't be any happier. My second SP01 I went a little crazy and changed it to single action and put in what eternals I wanted and put a Tac Sport upper on it. I also had the upper and a few parts coated in what was supposed to be a copper color but did not turn out that way. I also have a 97b with the pro package and it's what made me decide to keep it.

nice CZ's redhemi. just a what package did you use for the SAO? i'm thinking standard package with flat trigger and don't put the disconnector back just to make it SAO. one more thing did you try to remove the firing pin block?

Thank you. The first one I installed the Pro package when it was double action. When I switched to single I changed the trigger with one I bought and didn't use the disconnector that was in the gun and that was all I did. The second one I had enough extra parts the only thing I bought was the flat trigger. The first still has the FPB and the second the TS slide does not have an FPB so I had to replace the lifter with a spacer you can get from CGW. From what I have read taking out the FPB gives you a lighter trigger pull and a shorter trigger reset. The shorter reset is true between my two guns but as for lighter trigger my finger really can't tell a gauge probably could. I know CGW also makes a lighter FPB spring if you want to keep the FPB.
