You would absolutely NOT believe all the stuff I carry all the time, including sidearm, two spare mags, Surefire G2 LED flashlight in a Surefire rigid holster, CAT tourniquet in a laser cut TQ holder by NAR, and the always on Condor MOLLE pouch I converted to a belt pouch, mainly as a cell phone holder, but also holds basic medical supplies like a ELD 4", Combat Gauze, Leatherman, Benchmade Auto Stryker, and a pen...I think I missed at least one thing in there. That's just the stuff ON the belt...for instance, I usually have a Benchmade Resistor, (CZ branded, of course), in the right front pocket with the keys. Always have a desert camo pattern handkerchief left rear pocket - handy for all sorts of things.
If I am UNARMED, I am at work, and the duty belt has Trauma Kit, CAT, mag pouch, (If I feel like checking out a Glock and holster, I refuse to buy a holster for a gun I don't own), and another Surefire rigid holster for the G2 Nitrolon flashlight. No knives at work, though I do have a big baggie of plastic knives, spoons and forks for my staff in my drawer.
People always wonder WHY I carry this much junk, and I answer, every single time I need anything like this stuff, I am never anywhere near it, and properly carried, it doesn't add much weight. The Condor pouch DOES add bulk, but in all my years of carrying it, I think I've been asked what it was by maybe 3 or 4 people.
