Every carry without your firearm?

Do you ever carry without your firearm like a knife or multi tool or do you always carry your firearm if you carry those items with you?

Extra mag, knife, and a flashlight.  Always . . . . no exceptions.

If I walk out the door to take garbage cans to the road, get the mail, visit with my dogs, etc., I've got a pistol on me.  So I do have the pistol with me at the same time I have my keys/the knife attached to the keys, etc.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

If I have to go to a state where I cant carry a firearm (NY, NJ, DE, MD) I will still always have my knife on me.  Otherwise always gun and knife.

In Georgia, the concealed carry permit was for ANY deadly weapon.... gun, knife, sword, spear, etc. You might want to check the regs on knives or you might end up in an equal amount of legal trouble. I don't know, I'm simply suggesting.

You would absolutely NOT believe all the stuff I carry all the time, including sidearm, two spare mags, Surefire G2 LED flashlight in a Surefire rigid holster, CAT tourniquet in a laser cut TQ holder by NAR, and the always on Condor MOLLE pouch I converted to a belt pouch, mainly as a cell phone holder, but also holds basic medical supplies like a ELD 4", Combat Gauze, Leatherman, Benchmade Auto Stryker, and a pen...I think I missed at least one thing in there. That's just the stuff ON the belt...for instance, I usually have a Benchmade Resistor, (CZ branded, of course), in the right front pocket with the keys. Always have a desert camo pattern handkerchief left rear pocket - handy for all sorts of things.
If I am UNARMED, I am at work, and the duty belt has Trauma Kit, CAT, mag pouch, (If I feel like checking out a Glock and holster, I refuse to buy a holster for a gun I don't own), and another Surefire rigid holster for the G2 Nitrolon flashlight. No knives at work, though I do have a big baggie of plastic knives, spoons and forks for my staff in my drawer.  ;)
People always wonder WHY I carry this much junk, and I answer, every single time I need anything like this stuff, I am never anywhere near it, and properly carried, it doesn't add much weight. The Condor pouch DOES add bulk, but in all my years of carrying it, I think I've been asked what it was by maybe 3 or 4 people.

No. I HATE extra stuff in my pockets or on my belt, so I only carry if and what's necessary. That's especially while I work, which is at home in my welding shop. So, I don't need to carry tools or a firearm on me on a daily basis.

I rarely carry a firearm.  I always have a pocket knife and have many options depending on the activity or function.

I have a Kabar neck knife when headed out into the wilderness, a  CRKT m16 for everyday, and others for more formal gatherings.

Cheers,
Toby

Benchmade triage auto and usually a Sig 365 or a CZ P01. Long trips USP9 in a shoulder rig with an MP5 riding shotgun.

Been carry a pocket knife since I was about 6 yrs. old...... Does this count???

I'm simply amazed at the number of people that do not have a knife in their pocket these days.  :o
