Apparently the brace rule may be in flux with the ATFE possibly offering a free NFA stamps when the Rule but there MAY be caveats, like the new SBR has to stay with that exact setup, all still up in the air, especially with recent lawsuits against the 80% Rule using the new 1 step test from Bruen and the vastly weakened Chevron Deference. We shall see.
