I’m thinking it was the holes not being lined up, as well. Leaves me feeling like a bit of a noob because of the number of times I’ve done this with no trouble on my G19. Also hoping the warranty response will be quick - can’t wait to get this to the range. Thanks for the assist, folks.

Update - CZ sent me a replacement backstrap, but not a roll pin. Had to go to a local gunsmith to have one made in order to take the pistol to the range this past weekend. CZ says they don’t know when they’ll have them to send out, but ill be on top of the list when I do …

Any good hardware store will have metric-sized roll pins.

Not sure why people are posting tips and videos on changing the P-07/P-09 backstraps.  The P-10 uses a completely different attachment that has its issues.
