The P07 even though about the same size as the P10c, it definitely feels and carrys smaller.

Is there any kind of consensus that the p10c is better than the p07?

I would say neither is better than the other. One is striker fired and the other is DA/SA or SAO.
I've owned multiple copies of both and would concur with this statement.  The P10C is a fantastic gun, too, and, if you are a fan of strikers,  you would like that one as well.  To me, the grip shape of the P10C is just a tad more comfortable.  But, despite having a P10C in the safe, it's a P07 that's on the hip today.

Congrats on your first CZ, careful though, they tend to multiply.

I don’t use snap caps often but an O-ring over the back of the firing pin works
B2V is a member of our local group here in Indy, and he speaks the truth on this.  Group shoots often see more than a couple dozen CGW tuned CZs on the tables.  BirdsAway was our spiritual group leader and his pistols are still around and we'll respected among group members.

It really is a CZickness.
