Phantom backstrap - where is it marked?

I just picked up a used Phantom. Awesome gun! It has Talon grips on it and I bought just the gun. Can I figure out which backstrap is on it without removing the Talon grip? I hope it is marked somewhere visible. Thanks for the help.

My two backstraps have a number on one of the flats that face the frame:

The strap currently on my pistol has a #2 on it. 
It appears to me that the backstrap marked $1 is more arched towards the bottom than #2.
That makes it larger (front to back) than the the #2 marked one, but I'm uncertain how that translates to small/medium/large.

My NIB Phantom only came with the backstrap on it, which appears to be a #1.

I'm just wondering... my hands are considered medium, I'm half-Czech and it seems like all my CZ's fit my hand perfectly without any extra grip tape or changing from the backstrap that came on each.
