P-07/P-09 SR availability?

Does anyone know how often CZ does runs of these guns? Was about to pull the trigger on one a couple of weeks ago and they all seemed to go out of stock and the ones that are in stock are $200 more.

There are some P07 Urban Grey SR guns out on the market now. we got a few in our shop.
