P10C Not Feeding Federal HST - Fixed

I have a Czech made P10C that I purchased new about a month ago.  After loading the magazine full with Federal HST 124gr, the hollow point cavity was catching on the bottom of the feed ramp and not allowing the slide to move forward into full battery.  After speaking with CZ USA on the phone, they mentioned that it's not uncommon and that the Czechs typically only shoot FMJ ammo. They told me to send it back (shipping paid both ways by CZ) and they would polish the feed ramp. 

I just got it back after three weeks and took it to the range today.  I fired 50 rounds of HST and 50 rounds of Hydro Shock and it ran flawlessly.  I just wanted to share this with anyone who has experienced this same issue.  I was surprised that they paid for shipping both ways and fixed the problem with no questions asked.  What a great company to deal with.

Good to know, just purchased some of the same ammo and waiting for delivery.

My first Omega P01 (urban gray) model would hang up with the PD 115 grain hollow point nose into the feed ramp every so often.  It had a small (couldn't see it with the black coating that was on it) horizontal line across the feed ramp about 1/2 up the feed ramp.  I could feel it with a finger nail.  Dremel, polishing wheel and some lapping compound and a few minutes had the feed ramp polished like a mirror and it never jammed like that again.

Most guns don't need it, some times you run into one that does need it.

I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Happy it worked.  Really NEVER would have expected that a simple feed ramp polish would fix that.  The geometry and finish on CZs is normally excellent.

I had a cz rami that would not feed certain hollow points like the hst. As a last resort, I polished the feed ramp with flitz until it was a mirror finish and super slick.  I have had zero issues since.
