He did offer to meet at an FFL in my state to transfer it, but that would have been a 4 hour round trip for me. I passed because there were other things higher on my list that day.

Anyway, it was from a dealer in my state, but it was 3 hours away. So, the wife and I made a mini vacation out of it. We took in some nice sights, stayed in a nice hotel and come home with an exceptionally nice rifle.
