Looking at a Cz sp01 shadow
«

Been a long time since I have been active on this forum, but I have an option to buy a sp01 shadow that has seen some use, has some holster wear. Looks like they put in a Cz custom hammer and vz grips. Can’t really tell if anything else has been done to it. Think $675 is a good price?
Also they gave grip tape all over it… what could I use to get the grip tape off without ruining the poly coat ?

I don't know what used goes for in a free state but here in California the SP01 shadow can go up to 3x what you can get that one for. If someone here had one up for sale at that price I couldn't get my wallet out fast enough. As for the grip tape glue removal I have used stuff called Goof Off. It has removed the glue and not hurt the finish on a couple of my CZs. I do suggest you try it in a spot where it's covered first to be sure, like under the grips. Good luck and enjoy that SP01.

I think thats a pretty good price. Have a serial number,
if do, email me , I can probably tell you a little more about it.

grip tape, a little oil or cleaning solvent will loosen the adhesive and then clean it up afterwards.
